Benard is a PhD finalist from University of Malawi, holds a Masters in Financial management from Amity University, a Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University. He is an Accomplished Chattered Accountant and Tax Advisor with an experience of over ten years. 

He started his professional accounting work with Kakira Sugar Ltd, and later served with Spear Motors Ltd (A Mercedes Benz Franchise in Uganda), CFAO Motors Ltd, International Medical Group, Impact Health Group Organization, CORSU Rehabilitation Hospital and others. He is currently a Technical Advisor and Contributor at ICPAU
